PLEASE RETURN ALL packaging materials! Tags attached, original clear plastic packaging with UPC code). We need it ALL back in the same exact condition that it was shipped to you.
Returns:
I will gladly accept returns for clothing within 30 days of purchase.

Returns are processed once per week (typically on Thursdays OR Saturdays). Refunds will be credited back to your credit card if you paid via credit card or refunds will be credited back to your paypal account if you paid via paypal.
Items returned by the US Post Office due to insufficient address or "refused" "return to sender" will receive a refund minus the postage cost that we paid to ship to you.

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, I cannot offer free return shipping for exchanges.
If you want a different item or size then you can return your original item purchased and then go ahead and order the style or size you need.
(If your item was a gift then I will still need the Order # and I am happy to refund your return as a store credit so that you can select something else as an exchange.)
(CD's and DVD's cannot be returned or exchanged if they are open due to copyright laws).
